This Southborough couple wanted to utilize their basement as an exercise area, a cedar walk-in closet, a family room with two work stations for children and one work station for the mother, and a third room for the eldest son’s work area. Mom’s desk was tucked under the staircase away from the action of the television and children’s computer. The two youngest children share a desk and computer. The exercise room hides the cedar closet, the well pump and the utility closet.
